赵新颖笔名赵昕胤，字延昕，号东岳小石，中央美术学院硕士学位。国家一级美术师、当代著名油画家、CllD高级设计师、东方艺术天地首席艺术顾问。西班牙皇家画廊签约首位中国油画家、中国油画“一带一路”十年(20162026)世界巡展发起者、先行者。现为海南省美术家协会会员、海南省油画学会副主席、海南省油画院副院长、海南省中山书画院副院长、海南省陈设艺术行业协会副会长、香港小石当代艺术馆馆长，海口赵新颖当代艺术馆馆长、昕胤国际文创集团董事局主席。

赵新颖是当今中国画坛涌现的一匹黑马。他的京剧油画使用了大量浓烈的色彩，并且与动感强烈的构图相结合，将色彩的张力与运动的张力相融合，形成双倍的视觉冲击力，使观者和画面产生强烈的互动和共鸣。他的京剧油画推陈出新，用色大胆，尽显舞台艺术的强烈动感，将京剧人物表现得淋漓尽致、百媚众生。

Zhao Xinying, his penname is Zhao Xinyin, with style name of Yanxin and Art name of dongyue xiaoshi. He t a master's degree of Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is the National Firstclass Artist, the living famous oil painter, CIID senior designer and the chief art consultant of Oriental Art World. He is the first Chinese oil painter signed a contract with the Spanish Royal Gallery, the sponsor and forerunner of the Chinese Oil Painting Ten Years of "the Belt and Road" (20162026) Worldwide Tour. Zhao Xinyin is the dark horse springing up in the current art circle of China. His Beijing Opera Oil Painting is quite rich in colors, and combines with the strong dynamic composition.
